Job Description

The Creative Account Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and driving their business objectives. Your responsibility will extend beyond routine account management to becoming a strategic and creative partner to the client.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of the agency's clients, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Strategic Planning: Understand client business goals and translate them into tangible, effective digital marketing and creative strategies.
• Content & Creative Development: Work closely with creative and technical teams (such as graphic designers, content writers, and social media teams) to develop and execute innovative creative campaigns that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaign projects from planning to final delivery, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using appropriate analytical tools, preparing clear, periodic reports for clients that demonstrate ROI and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and proposing new services that align with the client's evolving needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in account management, digital marketing, or advertising, preferably within a digital or creative agency setting.
• Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to combine creative thinking for campaign development with analytical thinking for measuring results.
• Deep Digital Marketing Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of key digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
