Job Description
The CRM Manager will hold a pivotal position in leading and developing the organization's customer relationship management strategies. They will be the primary person responsible for designing and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, increasing their lifetime value, and improving their overall experience with the brand. This role operates at the intersection of several vital departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, requiring a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and modern technology best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Lead the management of the customer database, ensuring data accuracy, updates, security, and maximum utilization for analytics.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, operational opportunities, and actionable recommendations for improving customer retention and increasing revenue.
- Design and execute personalized, segmented communication campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, apps, etc.) to boost engagement.
- Measure and track the performance of CRM initiatives using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention rate, customer lifetime value, and conversion rate.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Evaluate, select, and optimize CRM technology tools and platforms to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management showcasing CRM strategy performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Educational Background and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a similar discipline. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with a significant portion in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that led to tangible results in customer retention and revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of one of the major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic action plans.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Personal and Professional Skills:
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire the team and work collaboratively across different departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Strategic thinking, results-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the business environment and culture in the Sultanate of Oman and the Gulf region.
