Job Description & Responsibilities
In this strategic role, you will be the primary owner responsible for leading and executing sales efforts for SAP's Customer Experience (CX) solutions in the Saudi market. You will work closely with a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end sales cycle for SAP's cloud-based CX solutions, from opportunity identification to closure.
- Developing and executing proactive sales strategies targeting large enterprises and organizations across the Kingdom.
- Building strong relationships with C-level executives and department heads in marketing, sales, and customer service at prospective clients.
- Understanding complex customer requirements and delivering tailored value propositions based on SAP's comprehensive CX solution portfolio.
- Collaborating closely with pre-sales, consulting, and partner teams to ensure a compelling and comprehensive customer proposal.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competition within the customer experience software landscape in Saudi Arabia.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
SAP is looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in complex enterprise software sales, preferably within the CX or CRM solutions space.
Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales or software sales, with a demonstrated focus on selling cloud solutions to large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of customer experience-related business processes such as marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the CX/CRM market products and solutions (knowledge of SAP CX is a significant advantage).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
