  • Ensure the quality of all dishes coming from the section regarding flavor, presentation, and temperature.

  • Collaborate effectively with all kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak periods.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven practical experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role (Commis or Demi Chef) within a luxury hotel kitchen or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of culinary fundamentals, especially French techniques, with a demonstrated passion for fine dining.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong team spirit, positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene principles.
  • Flexibility to work during day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English for communication is essential. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
