Job Description and Responsibilities
The driver's primary role will be to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services for family members. Specific daily responsibilities include:
- Driving the family's vehicles (likely sedans or SUVs) to transport family members to their required destinations with utmost safety and professionalism.
- Strict adherence to all traffic laws and regulations in Kuwait, always prioritizing passenger safety.
- Ensuring the interior and exterior cleanliness and regular maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- Handling vehicle-related tasks such as washing, scheduling periodic maintenance at agencies or specialized centers, and renewing registration and inspection certificates.
- Other duties may include running household-related errands, such as shopping or picking up orders, as directed by the employer.
- Maintaining the highest standards of respect, courtesy, and confidentiality in all dealings related to the family.
- Demonstrating punctuality, patience, and excellent conduct.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driver's license (Category 1 or 2) or a transferable foreign license.
- Clean Driving Record: A clean traffic record, free from major accidents or significant violations, demonstrating safe and responsible driving is highly preferred.
- Practical Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years as a private driver, with previous experience working for families being a significant advantage. Local experience navigating Kuwait's roads is a major plus.
- Geographical Knowledge: Good knowledge of Kuwait's streets and districts, especially areas within Hawalli Governorate, the Capital, and surrounding regions. Proficiency in using navigation apps (GPS) effectively.
- Personal Skills: Must possess good manners, a calm demeanor, respectfulness, a neat appearance, and personal hygiene. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Commitment and Reliability: Trustworthiness and reliability are fundamental pillars of this role. You must be a dependable person regarding punctuality and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Legal Status: Must be a legal resident in Kuwait under a transferable sponsorship or meet the requirements for obtaining a work permit.
