Job Description

The Ecommerce Specialist will be placed at the core of the company's digital operations. He/She will be the primary person responsible for managing and enhancing the brand's presence on e-commerce platforms, focusing on converting visitors into customers and building strong brand loyalty. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and Developing the Company's Online Store: Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce store, including product updates, digital inventory management, and ensuring a smooth checkout and shipping process.
• Optimizing Online Sales Performance: Analyzing sales data and website traffic to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to improve conversion rates.
• Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns: Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as social media, email, and content marketing to attract potential customers.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and User Experience (UX): Working to improve the website's search engine ranking and ensuring the online shopping experience is seamless and engaging for customers.
