Job Overview

The Enterprise Architect will occupy a pivotal role in leading and designing the overarching technology architecture and IT strategy for TestCrew. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that IT initiatives are in strict alignment with strategic business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation and sustainable growth. Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Lead the creation, implementation, and management of a comprehensive enterprise architecture vision and roadmap.
• Design Reference Architectures: Create, model, and manage Enterprise Reference Architectures (Business, Application, Data, Technology) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all domains.
• Business & Technology Alignment: Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various business units to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and robust technical solutions.
• Drive Innovation: Research and recommend the adoption of emerging technologies and modern methodologies (e.g., Cloud Computing, AI, Automation) to drive innovation and enhance competitive advantage.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that all technical designs and initiatives adhere to cybersecurity standards, risk management protocols, and prevailing regulatory compliance requirements in the Saudi market.
• Guidance & Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to development and engineering teams, ensuring adherence to defined architectural principles and standards.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct feasibility, cost, and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for major technical project proposals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

TestCrew is looking for candidates with deep expertise and strategic vision. Core requirements include:

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of proven professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on the last 5 years in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.
• Previous experience within software development, testing, or IT services environments will be highly valued.

Technical and Personal Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) and best practices.
• Strong experience in process modeling and architecture documentation techniques.
• Broad familiarity with enterprise systems, integration patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional analytical and forward-thinking abilities with a proven track record in solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English) with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• A solid understanding of the technology landscape and regulatory trends in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
