Job Overview

The EPMO Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the enterprise-wide project management office. This position is responsible for ensuring all major strategic initiatives and projects are aligned with the overarching organizational goals of The Helicopter Company. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management. A Master’s degree or advanced professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) will be a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an EPMO or portfolio management office.
• Proven experience in the aviation sector or related industries (e.g., transportation, logistics, energy) is a strong plus.
• In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and advanced planning tools.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, from technical staff to the board level.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be an additional advantage.
