Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this Executive - Human Capital position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven professional experience of 2 to 5 years in the Human Resources (Human Capital) field. Experience within the retail, apparel, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors will be a strong advantage.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR management principles, the employee lifecycle, and best practices in the field.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in English. Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
