Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful supervisor will be appointed as the direct authority overseeing all facility activities and daily operations. Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervision & Planning: Leading the maintenance and technical team, planning, and scheduling routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance works to ensure minimal operational downtime.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinating with external contractors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management) and monitoring their performance quality to ensure compliance with agreed terms and budget.

• Problem-Solving: Responding promptly to facility incidents or breakdowns (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Facility Management, or a high-level technical diploma with equivalent experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in facility management or supervision, with prior experience in the UAE or GCC market considered a significant advantage.
