Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The appointed Faculty Teacher will be based at one of the institution's branches in Dammam, Jeddah, or Jubail. The core responsibilities for this role include:
- Teaching & Planning: Preparing and delivering comprehensive, effective lesson plans for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology courses, in alignment with the institution's curriculum and academic standards.
- Lecture & Instruction Delivery: Leading engaging and interactive classroom sessions to ensure student comprehension of complex scientific concepts.
- Assessment & Feedback: Creating, administering, and grading tests, assignments, and exams, while providing constructive feedback to help students track their academic progress.
- Student Support: Offering academic guidance and mentorship to students inside and outside the classroom, and addressing their queries.
- Professional Development: Participating in workshops and training sessions organized by the institution to stay updated with the latest trends in education and curricula.
- Contributing to the Educational Environment: Collaborating with fellow faculty members and administration to enhance the overall learning atmosphere and improve the student experience.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Master's or Ph.D. is preferred) in one of the required specializations: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology from an accredited university.
- Experience: Proven prior experience in teaching or academic work within the relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in higher education institutions or advanced learning centers.
- Personal Attributes: A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to explain complex information in a simplified, clear, and understandable manner.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English (the primary medium of instruction for such subjects) and Arabic.

Work Location
The final work location will be determined based on institutional needs and candidate suitability for one of the following branches:
