Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for leading direct sales efforts and representing LNKD Consultancy in the Omani market. The focus will be on revenue generation through building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. The core responsibilities for this role include:
- Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Working to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas set by management.
- New Business Development & Account Management: Prospecting for new opportunities, identifying potential leads, and converting them into active clients. Additionally, managing and strengthening relationships with the existing client base to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Conducting professional presentations of the consultancy's products and services, and negotiating contracts and terms to close mutually beneficial deals.
- Field Presence and Client Visits: Conducting regular visits to clients at their locations throughout Muscat and surrounding areas to better understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring sales activities, and preparing regular reports on achievements, sales pipelines, and market feedback for senior management.
- Professional Representation: Upholding a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with clients and market partners.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in field sales, preferably within the consultancy sector, Business-to-Business (B2B) services, or related industries.
- Personal Skills: Strong, persuasive personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Practical Skills: High competency in negotiation and persuasion, coupled with excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles. Knowledge of the Omani market and its business landscape is a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes: The candidate must be results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Logistical Requirements: The candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a suitable vehicle for extensive travel within the job's scope.
