Job Description and Key Responsibilities

  • Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, particularly within the hotel or tourism industry, is preferred. Highly motivated newcomers with the right interpersonal skills may also be considered.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
    • A friendly, courteous personality with a genuine service-oriented attitude.

    • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
