Job Description and Responsibilities

The Full-Stack Engineer will play a central role within the development team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, end-to-end web applications. Key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Application Development: Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment and maintenance.
• Front-End and Back-End Development: Building interactive and seamless front-end user interfaces using frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, alongside developing robust, secure APIs and server-side logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring).
• Database Management: Designing efficient database schemas and writing complex queries for both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Quality and Performance Assurance: Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code, conducting unit and integration tests, and optimizing application performance for an exceptional user experience.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Working closely with UI/UX designers, other software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Deployment and Hosting: Utilizing DevOps tools and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for application deployment and management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Full-Stack Engineer role or a similar position.
• Strong Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in core programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Front-End frameworks like React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Hands-on experience with Back-End frameworks like Node.js (Express/NestJS), Django/Flask, or Spring Boot.
  • Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases and storage technologies.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API and GraphQL design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git.
