Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or its equivalent from a recognized university.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) medical practice license, or be immediately eligible to obtain one. Priority will be given to doctors with a pre-existing license.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience in general practice or outpatient clinics after completing the internship period.
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
  • High level of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency in English for handling medical records and scientific literature. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
