Job Description and Responsibilities

The newly appointed HR Recruiter will be part of the Human Resources department, primarily responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process to support the company's diverse projects and operations. The key responsibilities expected for this role include:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: From identifying hiring needs and posting job advertisements, to initial CV screening, conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating with relevant departments, and finally extending offers and completing onboarding formalities.
