Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience (typically 3-5 years) in a similar role as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating candidate resumes and profiles.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, ethics, and recruitment best practices.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Professional HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a strong advantage.
