HRMS Consultant - Dicetek LLC

Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful consultant will occupy a pivotal role within the company's technical consulting team, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) projects. Core responsibilities include:
- Needs Analysis: Working closely with the company's clients (organizations across various sectors) to understand current HR processes, identify gaps, and define functional and technical requirements for a suitable HRMS solution.
- Design and Planning: Designing customized HRMS solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives. The consultant will develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Implementation and Configuration: Leading or actively participating in the system implementation phase. This involves configuring core modules (such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Attendance) and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., Finance or ERP systems).
- Knowledge Transfer and Training: Training end-users and the client's HR teams on the effective use of the new system, ensuring its full adoption within the organization.
- Support and Sustainability: Providing post-implementation consultancy support, addressing any technical or functional queries, and proposing ongoing system upgrades or enhancements to keep pace with evolving business needs.
- Market Awareness: Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the HRMS market (e.g., cloud solutions, AI in recruitment) to provide clients with best-in-class advice.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources. A higher degree may be an advantage.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in consulting on or implementing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). Required experience includes working with leading platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other prominent HRMS solutions.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the HR lifecycle (from recruitment to retirement). Excellent business process analysis and re-engineering skills. Good knowledge of database concepts and system integration (APIs).
- Soft Skills: Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to clearly convey complex concepts to clients and stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage for dealing with the local market.
