Job Description
The successful candidate will be appointed to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging ICT lessons to students across various key stages, in line with the British Curriculum.
- Foster students' understanding of core computing concepts, programming, digital citizenship, and software applications.
- Design and implement practical learning activities that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

- Participate in school meetings, events, and possibly staff development workshops.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Education (with a specialization in Computing/ICT).
- A teaching qualification (PGCE or recognized teaching certification) is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience teaching ICT or Computer Science, preferably within schools following the British Curriculum (e.g., English National Curriculum, IGCSE, or A-Levels).
- Practical, strong knowledge of a wide range of educational software, applications, and technologies.
- A solid understanding of teaching and assessment strategies within the British Curriculum framework.
- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills (English is the primary medium of instruction).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of professionals.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the educational environment in Kuwait.
