Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Information Technology Manager will hold the leadership position responsible for all operational and strategic aspects of the IT department. The role will be pivotal in ensuring IT initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports business growth and enhances operational efficiency.
• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of IT systems and infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cybersecurity, and technical support services.
• Project Management: Lead and direct IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the IT department budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Cybersecurity: Establish and enforce robust security policies and procedures to protect the company's sensitive data and information assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be eligible for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or advanced professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) is a strong advantage.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in the IT field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Team Lead, Department Head).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding across multiple domains including:
  • Infrastructure management (networking, servers, cloud).
  • Cybersecurity principles and risk management.
  • IT project management.
  • Operating systems and databases.
  • Latest technology trends (e.g., digital transformation, AI).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
