Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of crucial field and technical tasks, including:

• Onsite Maintenance & Installation: Performing installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of physical infrastructure components at the company's headquarters or designated sites.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitoring the performance of onsite systems, servers, network, and storage devices. Diagnosing technical faults and troubleshooting issues proactively or in response to incidents.
• Hardware & Services Support: Providing direct technical support for hardware such as servers, storage systems, network devices (routers, switches), and backup systems.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Assisting in managing the inventory of spare parts and backup equipment, ensuring the availability of necessary tools for maintenance and upgrades.
• Documentation & Reporting: Documenting all field interventions, actions taken, and problem resolutions in clear reports. Preparing reports on infrastructure status.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal IT teams, remote support teams, and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Compliance with Security Standards: Applying and following cybersecurity policies and physical safety procedures in all field tasks.

Qualifications and Core Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent extensive practical experience may be considered.
• Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in infrastructure onsite support, server systems support, or computer networking.
