Skills and Experience:

• Proven practical experience (typically 2-4 years) in a similar role such as IT Support, IT Assistant, or Network Technician.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and possibly Linux.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical faults methodically.
