Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in key account management or strategic sales, preferably in a sector related to the company's activity (e.g., technology, professional services, manufacturing, or luxury retail).
  • A proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and strategic sales.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be a significant advantage.
