Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this important teaching position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Education (Early Childhood specialization) OR a Bachelor's degree in any subject coupled with a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, Teaching Diploma, or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven previous experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Years students. International teaching experience or experience with international curricula (such as British or American) is highly preferred.
- Personal Skills:
- An enthusiastic, patient, and creative personality with a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of teachers and staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a new environment and a different culture.
- Other Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid passport and be ready to relocate to Kuwait for the position.
