Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Lead Architect will be the cornerstone of the design team, bearing full responsibility for the technical and creative aspects of projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Technical and Creative Leadership: Leading and guiding the architectural design team from the initial concept through to the final project delivery.
• Concept Development: Innovating and developing groundbreaking architectural concepts that meet client requirements, align with local and international urban visions, and consider economic feasibility and sustainability.
• Project Management: Overseeing all stages of the architectural project, including planning, detailed design, preparation and review of drawings and specifications, and coordination with other engineering disciplines (MEP, Structural).
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all designs and technical documents adhere to the highest standards of quality and accuracy, and comply with Saudi building regulations and international standards.
• Communication and Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between the client, internal design team, and contractors, and delivering compelling and professional presentations of design concepts.
• Research and Development: Staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and materials in architecture, and applying best practices to projects.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. A Master's degree will be a distinct advantage.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in architecture, with a proven track record of leading and managing medium to large-scale, diverse architectural projects (residential, commercial, institutional).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in core architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of building codes and sustainability standards (such as LEED or GSAS) is a significant advantage.
• Leadership and Personal Skills:
