Job Overview

The Learning Associate will be appointed within the Training and Development department, playing a pivotal role in supporting learning initiatives and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs delivered to warehouse branch staff. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training and development programs for warehouse employees.
• Support company trainers in preparing for training sessions, including setting up materials, equipment, and managing attendance records.
• Contribute to assessing the training needs of the warehouse team and providing relevant recommendations.
• Assist in updating and maintaining electronic training records and employee files.
• Provide logistical and administrative support before, during, and after training events and workshops.
• Participate in collecting trainee feedback and preparing preliminary reports on program effectiveness.
• Help foster a culture of continuous learning and self-development within the workplace.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources, to coordinate training efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a similar discipline.
• Experience: Previous experience (1-3 years) in training assistance, training coordination, or organizational development is preferred, especially within logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing environments. Highly motivated fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Personal Skills:
