- Customization & Modifications: Working on minor to moderate system modifications and customizations based on specific business requirements, while maintaining system stability and future upgradeability.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Working closely with other teams such as project management and infrastructure teams. Documenting problem solutions, maintenance procedures, and applied modifications for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Testing modifications and fixes in a suitable environment before deployment to the live system to ensure no unintended disruptions.
Qualifications & Core Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this specialized technical role in the UAE, you should meet the following requirements:
- Hands-on Experience: Proven hands-on experience (typically 3+ years) working with LS Retail and/or LS Central solutions. Direct experience in maintenance and support tasks for these systems is essential.
