Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The appointed Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering advanced consulting engagements focused on digital risk. Core responsibilities will include:
- Leading Consulting Teams: Supervising and guiding project teams through the lifecycle of digital risk consulting service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Developing Digital Risk Solutions: Designing and implementing integrated strategies and frameworks for managing risks associated with digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, digital regulatory compliance, and technological business resilience.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Working closely with clients across various sectors to understand their complex business challenges, develop valuable proposals, and build long-term, trusted relationships by providing proactive insights.
- Delivering Insights & Analysis: Analyzing client systems and digital environments to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities, and preparing detailed reports and executive presentations with practical, actionable recommendations.
- Innovation & Knowledge Development: Staying at the forefront of developments in digital risk and emerging technologies, and contributing to the development of innovative consulting methodologies and tools within EY's global practice.
- Coaching & Development: Training and mentoring a team of junior consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be eligible for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, relevant Master's) or recognized professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC) will be a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive, proven experience in risk consulting or risk management, with a significant and clear focus on digital risk and cybersecurity. This experience should include a period in a leadership or supervisory role within a leading "Big 4" consulting firm or a prestigious global consultancy.
- Specialized Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in areas such as:
- Digital risk and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Digital transformation and cloud risk.
- Data governance and privacy management (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Cybersecurity maturity assessments and penetration testing.
- Business continuity and disaster recovery in digital environments.
- Leadership & Personal Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive initiative and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
