Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department to achieve its strategic goals. Key responsibilities will include:

• Executive Support: Providing administrative and organizational support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing simple reports and presentations, and managing files and correspondence.
• Content & Digital Media Management: Assisting in creating and publishing engaging content on the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Campaign Assistance: Participating in the preliminary planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, as well as promotional initiatives for travel products and packages.
• Market Research: Conducting primary research on market trends, competitors in the travel sector to and from Abu Dhabi and the UAE, and providing useful summaries.
• Customer Engagement: Assisting in responding to customer inquiries via social media channels or email in a professional manner and relaying important messages to the relevant team.
• Daily Marketing Tasks: Helping to update printed and electronic marketing materials and participating in the preparation for local travel exhibitions or events when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field. Candidates with a diploma and relevant experience may also be considered.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service, travel). Experience within the travel and tourism industry is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Personal Skills:
