Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will hold a strategic position responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operational aspects of the business. Qualifications and Requirements

- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience of at least 7-10 years in operations management, with a strong focus on the apparel, fashion, retail, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is a significant plus.
- Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, inventory management, and process optimization. Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of building high-performance teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis, complex problem-solving, and data-driven strategic decision-making capabilities.
