Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful consultant will be integrated into a specialized consulting team, responsible for providing technical and functional expertise in the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solution domain. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation & Configuration: Leading or actively participating in projects involving the implementation, configuration, and setup of various Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Localization, and Talent Management.
- Analysis & Consulting: Working closely with the company's clients to understand their specific HR and business requirements, analyzing gaps, and designing effective solutions utilizing the system's best practices.
- Support & Training: Providing support during testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, training end-users and internal support teams on system usage.
- Integration: Understanding integration requirements between the Oracle Fusion HCM system and other enterprise applications, and contributing to the design of technical specification documents.
- Quality Assurance: Adhering to project quality standards and timelines, ensuring delivered solutions meet client expectations and contribute to their operational goals.
Qualifications and Key Requirements
To be a suitable candidate for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Practical Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud consulting and implementation. Experience with multiple full implementation lifecycles is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of configuring core and advanced HCM modules. Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across various levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Work Ability: Ability to work effectively within a team and manage priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a strong advantage.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
