Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will occupy a pivotal role in driving and expanding Oracle's business within a vital sector of the Saudi economy. Core responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Saudi Public Sector entities and companies under the umbrella of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
- Understanding clients' deep transformational needs and presenting Oracle's Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) and cloud solutions that align with their digital and developmental goals.
- Building and managing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners in target organizations.
- Leading the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to contract negotiation and closing of major deals.
- Working closely with internal technical support, consulting, and pre-sales teams at Oracle to deliver tailored, high-value proposals for large-scale projects.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitive landscape in enterprise and cloud solutions within the public sector.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Oracle is seeking candidates with a proven track record in complex, solution sales environments. The requirements include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in technology solution or enterprise software sales, with a documented history of achieving targets and closing large-value deals.
- Direct, hands-on experience working with the Saudi Public Sector, with deep knowledge of its structure, processes, and transformational projects. Familiarity with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and its portfolio is a key competitive advantage.
- Strong understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) solutions, cloud platforms, and enterprise technologies. Knowledge of Oracle's product suite specifically is highly beneficial.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership.
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
