Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The successful Media Buyer will work remotely while coordinating closely with the MarkX team. The core focus will be on planning, executing, and analyzing effective digital advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities are expected to include:
- Media Planning & Buying: Researching suitable advertising channels and purchasing ad space across various digital platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok), search networks (Google Ads), and relevant websites/blogs.
- Budget Management & Optimization: Setting campaign budgets and overseeing daily spend to ensure maximum return on advertising investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform ad managers), and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Campaign Testing & Optimization: Conducting A/B tests on ad creatives, target audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Audience Research: Identifying and understanding the characteristics of the ideal customer/audience for the client or product, utilizing advanced targeting tools to reach them efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to develop an integrated and cohesive advertising strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable previous experience in digital media buying or campaign management. (The specific level required will be determined during the application process by the company).
