Job Overview

The Performance Management Officer will hold a pivotal position within the company's organizational structure. The primary responsibility involves designing, implementing, and monitoring performance measurement and evaluation systems across departments and employees. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop Performance Systems: Contribute to the design and development of performance management frameworks, including suitable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for various departments.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather performance-related data from multiple sources and analyze it to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) reports on company performance for senior management, incorporating actionable insights and analysis.
• Support Evaluation Process: Coordinate and support the periodic employee performance appraisal processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and policies.
• Improvement Recommendations: Propose corrective or developmental action plans based on performance analysis results to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the HR department and other business units to clarify performance objectives and track their achievement.
• Best Practices Compliance: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in corporate performance management and evaluation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in performance management or analytics are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar field, such as performance management, corporate analysis, strategic planning, or relevant HR functions.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and performance management software is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and draw conclusions from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Personal Attributes: High accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, and utmost integrity and confidentiality in handling performance data.
