Job Description and Key Responsibilities

For Marketing/Sales Representative:

• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies for pest control services.
• Prospect for new clients and manage relationships with existing clients across various sectors (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Prepare professional proposals and quotes, articulating the value of Biochield's services to potential customers.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the company's market share growth.
• Participate in marketing events and specialized exhibitions as required.

For Pest Control Technician:

• Perform preventive and remedial pest control operations (e.g., crawling/flying insects, rodents, etc.) according to the highest technical and safety standards.
• Conduct initial site inspections to identify pest types and infestation levels.
• Safely and effectively use specialized equipment and materials, with full adherence to Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
• Provide advice and guidance to clients on pest prevention methods.
• Prepare technical service reports after each visit.

Requirements and Qualifications

Common Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work within a team and commit to high-quality standards.
• Initiative, reliability, and a professional appearance.
• A valid driver's license is preferred (especially for the sales role).

For Marketing/Sales Representative:

• Proven previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the services or pest control sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai area and its markets.
• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

For Pest Control Technician:

• Practical experience in the pest control field or a related technical area.
• Knowledge of common pest types in the Gulf region and their control methods.
• Willingness to work in the field and sometimes flexible hours.
• Possession of certified training certificates in pest control is a significant advantage.
