Physiotherapist Required in Kuwait

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis and will be responsible for delivering specialized, high-quality therapeutic care to patients. The core responsibilities associated with this role include:
- Assessing patient conditions and diagnosing movement, muscular, and neurological disorders.
- Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting clear short-term and long-term goals.
- Executing a variety of physiotherapy techniques, which may include manual therapy, strength and rehabilitation exercises, electrotherapy modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and thermal or cryotherapy.
- Monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and prescribed home exercise programs for continued recovery.
- Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team that may include doctors, surgeons, and nurses.
- Adhering to the highest standards of safety, professional ethics, and evidence-based practice.
- Maintaining precise patient records and documenting all therapy sessions in accordance with local regulations.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Licensing: The applicant must possess a valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in the State of Kuwait, or be eligible to obtain one. Priority will be given to candidates with a transferable Kuwaiti work permit (residency).
- Experience: The company prefers candidates with prior practical experience in physiotherapy, whether in clinics, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers. Experience handling diverse cases (sports injuries, back/neck pain, post-operative care, etc.) will be evaluated.
- Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and reassure patients. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and a commitment to continuous professional development.
