Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven previous experience in a similar role (Prep Cook, Kitchen Assistant) within a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment. Experience in 5-star hotels is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and health procedures (HACCP).
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work during day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
