Job Description

The successful designer will be integrated into Almosafer's dynamic product development team, responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences across the company's digital platforms. Key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the full product design lifecycle, from initial problem research and definition to prototyping and final handoff.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Research teams to translate business requirements and strategy into tangible, user-friendly design solutions.
• Designing and developing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for Almosafer's web and mobile app products.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Ensuring design consistency with Almosafer's brand identity and global best practices.
• Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Contributing to the building and evolution of the company's Design System to ensure efficiency and consistency across all products.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in Digital Product Design or UI/UX Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects that demonstrate your problem-solving skills and understanding of user-centered design processes.
• Full proficiency in standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A solid understanding of visual design principles, interaction design, and UX fundamentals.
• The ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with development and management teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum design methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with the travel, tourism, or e-commerce sector will be appreciated.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
