Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will hold a pivotal role within the creative team, responsible for producing high-quality visual content that meets the needs of diverse projects and enhances the visual message of the company and its clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Photography: Executing professional photo shoots (both in-studio and on-location) for products, events, sites, and people. Mastering the art of lighting and composition to capture images that accurately convey the desired identity.
• Videography: Planning, coordinating, and executing video shoots from start to finish. This includes basic script/concept writing, fundamental directing, and managing the filming process using professional equipment.
• Post-Production & Editing: Processing photographs using software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for color correction, contrast enhancement, and retouching. Editing and assembling video footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to produce smooth, engaging content, including basic motion graphics, sound, and visual effects as needed.
• Equipment Management: Being responsible for the maintenance of photography and videography equipment (cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting systems, microphones) and ensuring their constant readiness.
• Creative Understanding: The ability to understand the creative brief of a project and translate ideas and concepts into tangible visual reality.
• Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, marketing teams, and clients (if applicable) to ensure the creative vision is achieved and deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in photography and videography production.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in using professional DSLR or Mirrorless cameras.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or equivalents.
  • Deep understanding of lighting techniques, both in-studio and on-location.
  • Knowledge of audio principles and sound recording for video.
• Personal Skills:
  • A keen artistic eye for detail and visual creativity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse project requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing digital file archives.
• Education: A university degree or diploma in Visual Media, Photography, Cinematography, or a related field is preferred.
