Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering field from an accredited university.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar role (Site Engineer, Project Coordinator, Assistant Engineer) within the real estate development or construction sector in the Gulf region, preferably within the Abu Dhabi or Dubai market.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate project development stages, from design to handover. Good knowledge of building systems and regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Project). Basic knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is a distinct advantage.
