Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed Project Manager will be entrusted with a set of core responsibilities crucial to ensuring project success and driving company growth. These key duties include:

• Leadership & Strategic Planning: Leading cross-functional project teams, developing comprehensive and detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Execution Management: Directly overseeing the execution of all project phases, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications and timelines by all parties.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying potential risks, developing mitigation plans, and effectively resolving any obstacles or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Acting as the central liaison between all stakeholders, including senior management, internal or external clients, and team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding progress, challenges, and expectations.
• Quality & Budget Control: Continuously monitoring project performance against set benchmarks, managing the budget meticulously, and preparing detailed periodic status reports for management.
• Delivery Assurance: Ensuring all project deliverables are met according to agreed quality requirements and within the specified deadline.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A higher degree (e.g., Master's) will be a distinct advantage.
• Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience of 5 to 7 years in project management, with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex, successful projects on time and within budget. Experience in the UAE or GCC market is a significant plus.
• Professional Certifications: Globally recognized professional project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in relevant project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar). Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of the Arabic language will be a strong additional advantage.
