Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and direct the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning and development stages through to final delivery and evaluation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Form and lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing mentorship, technical, and administrative support to team members.
• Manage communication with all internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure full transparency and goal alignment.
• Continuously monitor project performance, identify potential risks and challenges, and develop proactive mitigation plans.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
