Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Projects Manager will occupy a pivotal role within the operations structure, with the following core responsibilities:

• Project Leadership and Planning: Oversee the entire lifecycle of delivery services projects, from initial planning and coordination through to final execution and delivery, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and defined budgets.
• Resource and Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team working on delivery projects, delegate tasks effectively, and develop team members' skills to ensure collective goals are met.
• Quality and Efficiency Assurance: Develop and implement performance standards for delivery operations, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and propose continuous improvement solutions to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between senior management, operations teams, service providers, and clients to ensure project objectives are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and risks in delivery projects, develop proactive mitigation plans, and ensure service continuity under various circumstances.
• Innovation and Development: Research new technologies and methodologies in the logistics and delivery sector to drive innovation within the group and maintain its competitive edge.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or project management certifications (such as PMP) are a strong advantage.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on project management experience, with a clear focus and proven track record in the logistics, delivery services, or supply chain sector. Experience in the Saudi or Gulf market is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and the Microsoft Office suite. A solid understanding of modern technologies used for shipment tracking and fleet management.
