Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and R&D departments to foster a quality culture across all operational stages.
  • Ensure all practices align with the requirements of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related scientific field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Experience in a drug manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles and requirements, with knowledge of local (e.g., DHA) and international regulatory guidelines.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Professional Certifications: Quality assurance certifications (e.g., CQA) are a strong added advantage.
