Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Recruiter at Indman will work within the HR or dedicated recruitment team, playing a central role in supporting the company's growth strategy by attracting the right talent. The core responsibilities expected for this role include:

  • Candidate Communication: Providing a positive candidate experience through clear and professional communication at all stages of the application process, informing them of outcomes and updates.
  • Assisting with Offer Negotiation: Acting as a liaison between management and the successful candidate to present the job offer and discuss its details.
  • Maintaining Candidate Database: Updating and organizing applicant information to ensure a ready pool of talent for future vacancies.
  • Contributing to Process Improvement: Suggesting and implementing initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's recruitment strategy.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • Work Experience: Proven previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years. Preference will be given to those with experience in the UAE or Gulf market.
  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in the field. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
    • Ability to build relationships and manage professional networks.
    • Sharp assessment and selection skills.
    • Strong organization, priority management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
