Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Regional Account Manager will hold a pivotal role in driving and expanding the business within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This individual will be the primary owner for developing and executing sales strategies to meet financial and strategic objectives. Core responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas and market share goals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Building and nurturing strong strategic relationships with new clients while growing existing accounts.
- Leading the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Working closely with channel partners to drive the market penetration of Fortinet's products and solutions.
- Delivering compelling technical and value-based presentations to customers, collaborating with internal systems engineers and support teams.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports to management.
- Representing Fortinet at regional events and conferences.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Work Experience: A proven track record of 5 to 7 years in technology or cybersecurity sales, with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, its products, and trends. Knowledge of Fortinet's solutions is a significant advantage.
- Leadership & Managerial Skills: Ability to work independently and lead initiatives, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop effective business and sales strategies, with a deep understanding of the Saudi market dynamics, specifically in the Western Region.
- Relationship Management: Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners at all levels.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
