Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager for New Accounts will be primarily responsible for new customer acquisition and building a strong sales pipeline from the ground up in the Saudi market. This role will focus on delivering the value of the industry-leading CrowdStrike Falcon platform to companies and organizations that are not existing CrowdStrike customers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for new account acquisition within the assigned territory in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identifying potential prospects, conducting market research, and building relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, CISOs) in target enterprises.
  • Leading the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification, through presentations and proof-of-concepts, to deal closure.
  • Collaborating closely with Systems Engineers and the marketing team to deliver compelling, tailored proposals that address potential clients' needs.
  • Staying abreast of cybersecurity market trends in Saudi Arabia and understanding the unique security challenges faced by different sectors.
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Proven track record of 5-7 years in technology or software sales, with a strong history of new account acquisition and closing complex, high-value deals. Experience selling cybersecurity or IT infrastructure solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and markets. Knowledge of the IT and security decision-making process within large and medium enterprises.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build long-term professional relationships. Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Personality: Highly motivated, self-starter, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proactive and adaptable in facing challenges.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Language: Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with the international team and local clients.
