Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The appointed Regional Sales Manager will occupy a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of Velodata Global. Core responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan aligned with the company's overall objectives. This involves identifying target markets, analyzing competition, and crafting winning strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or equivalent). Experience in the Gulf market, specifically Qatar, is a significant advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets. Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong capability to analyze market data, formulate plans, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Superior ability to communicate clearly with the team, senior management, and clients. Excellent negotiation skills to close major deals.
- Technical Acumen: A good understanding of technology or data sector products/services (preferred). Ability to convincingly explain technical value to customers.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong additional asset.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) may be preferred.
