Parsons, a globally renowned leader in engineering and construction, is seeking a highly skilled professional for a critical leadership role in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Reporting Lead - Airfield and Airport Infrastructure. Job Description and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the reporting process for major airfield and airport infrastructure projects. These are highly complex and sensitive projects, requiring exceptional precision and adherence to the highest international standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and directing the reporting team to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all required reports.
  • Developing and implementing a systematic reporting framework that meets client, corporate, and international standards.
  • Collecting and analyzing technical, financial, and schedule data from various project departments (engineering, construction, procurement, safety).
  • Preparing comprehensive periodic performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that reflect project progress, challenges, risks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring all reports comply with contractual specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact between project management, the client, and other stakeholders for formal report-based communication.
  • Proposing and improving reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Ensuring all documentation and reports are archived in an organized and easily retrievable manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

This leadership role demands deep experience and a blend of technical and managerial skills:

Academic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
  • Recognized professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a significant plus.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in reporting and report management within major construction or engineering projects.
  • Proven, direct experience working on airport infrastructure, port, highway, or other major civil infrastructure projects.
  • Previous experience in leading teams and coordinating efforts across multiple departments.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is a strong advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken), as it is the primary language for technical reporting.
  • Superior analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenges while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of global quality and safety standards applied in construction projects.
