Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate for this role will hold a pivotal position in leading and developing the car rental retail location. Core responsibilities will focus on ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, financial success, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include:

• Operational Leadership: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the car rental location, including vehicle check-in/check-out processes, fleet maintenance, reservation handling, and customer service.
• Team Leadership & Management: Recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of the sales and customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery and the achievement of individual and team targets.
